Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is exclusively engaged with an international group focused on Shipping, Logistics and Supply Chain to assist in the recruitment of a Senior Contracts Manager for their Dubai Office.

This role is heavily focused on drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial legal agreements, commercial contracts, MOUs, purchase agreements as well as being involved in compliance related matters. You will also be responsible for developing a range of legal policies and provide legal liability and restrictions to ensure compliance of all legal matters.

This role reports directly to the Stakeholders and requires someone with strong business acumen, who is able to handle a fast-paced environment and be involved in business-critical decisions.

Requirements

To be considered you must have a bachelor’s Degree and preferably be Common Law qualified with a minimum of 5 years PQE. Strong contract drafting skills are key as well as incredible negotiation skills. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role and industry with a minimum of 5 years PQE, with In-house and Private Practice experience.

Exceptional written and verbal English language skills with meticulous attention to detail are absolutely crucial to this role. This is an incredible role and would suit someone who really wants to grow and develop their career.
