Looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analytics Manager to lead the data analytics function and drive data-driven decision-making within a leading firm in Dubai. This role involves developing and executing data analytics strategies, managing a team of Data scientists and analysts, and providing actionable insights to optimize performance and facilitate business growth.

Description

• Develop and execute the overall data analytics strategy aligned with the company's objectives, ensuring a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Lead and manage a team of data analysts and scientists, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback to drive a high-performing and collaborative culture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to identify key business challenges and opportunities, translating them into analytical requirements and actionable insights.
• Design and implement advanced analytical models, statistical techniques, and algorithms to analyze complex data sets, uncover trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
• Establish and maintain data governance processes and quality standards to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the organization.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights and trends to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of data analytics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the availability, security, and scalability of data analytics infrastructure and tools.
• Drive the adoption of data analytics best practices and ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations and policies.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management, conveying complex analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Proven experience (minimum 8-10 years) in a senior data analytics or related role, preferably in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in data analytics tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, and/or SAS.
• Extensive experience in data manipulation, data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data security practices.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and trends from large and complex data sets.
• Knowledge of industry-specific analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery) is preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Professional certifications in data analytics or related fields are highly desirable.
