Job Purpose:

• Primary responsibility of generating fee revenue by executing client orders on DFM and ADX. Engaging and soliciting potential trading orders from an assigned client base.

Principal Accountabilities:

• This is an execution job, taking client orders on phone or in person (in office) and executing the orders on DFM and ADX markets.
• Engage with existing clients, share factual market information and research from reliable sources in order to maximize trading volumes and fee income for CBDFS.
• Focus on front-office client service for the business - managing client queries, opening of new client accounts, updating KYC and client documentation, working on activating dormant accounts and other activities assigned by the Trading Manager
• The incumbent carries the responsibility of increasing the overall client base by sourcing new clients through cross-sell from various segments within CBD and using personal network in the market.
• Achieve individual target and contribute to achieving the overall company targets on trading volumes, revenue and market share.
• Provide at all times a high standard of service to client throughout the interaction. Remain diligent, precise and factual in providing error free execution and post-sales service.
• Manage operational business risks effectively and act responsibly in escalating client related issues i.e. errors, omissions, insider trading etc.
• Remain up to date with the market trends to explore opportunities to maximize volume of business and profitability.
• Adhere to internal procedures and comply with ESCA regulations on brokerage and other policy guidelines.

• Graduate in Commerce, Economics, Finance Management or similar.
• 3 to 5 Years' experience in Treasury

An Emiri Decree issued by His Highness the Late Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum, the founder of modern Dubai, laid the cornerstone of Commercial Bank of Dubai.
