Job description / Role
International Architecture and Design practice, long established in the UAE, are seeking a Concept Designer - Mid Level, to join their Studio in Dubai.
• This individual will be involved in client meetings, presenting to clients, establishing design briefs and producing creative concept design solutions, working within a team environment and following the project throughout design.
• A collaborative team player this individual will be a excellent conceptual designer, bringing concepts to life with 3D packages.
• Taking projects from competitions, pre-concept and throughout the design life cycle.
Requirements
• 10-15 years experience, with most recent experience in Dubai, this individual will have a proven portfolio of largescale projects spanning mixed use, retail, hospitality largescale developments.
• Top design consultancy experience required.
• Exposure to overseeing projects through later stages of design, this individual is a good communicator, able to present to the clients, and internal Management, as well as interact with the team.
• Expertise on packages such as Revit is ideal.
• Design packages: InDesign, Photoshop, 3D Studiomax expertise is required and hand sketch prowess included in supplied portfolio. International travel to KSA and Africa is expected to work closely with clients
