Digital Marketing Executive Online Advertising - Level
* We are looking to hire a digital marketing professional to play an active role in our digital team within Level.
* You will be responsible for overseeing various digital advertising campaigns across all digital channels including Search, Social, Display, Mobile and Video advertising.
* You will be a digital advertising superstar with a passion for modern luxury. You will have a proven record of successful traffic acquisition campaigns for eCommerce brands, across multiple digital channels, in Arabic and English.
* As part of the Digital team, your role will also assist with the overall digital transformation plan for the company, enhancing the customer experience and improving the performance of digital marketing activities.

What you'll do
* Conduct market research according to each advertising platform
* Setup ongoing optimization and manage the digital advertising plan on different platforms
* Apply the best practices creating campaigns and choosing the advertising objectives based on business requirements
* Assist and guide the creative team to create highly performing digital advertising materials
* Manage the data feeds structure and importing process to the ad platforms
* Manage the pixel implementation to the website and apps
* Apply the audience segmentation and prepare the retargeting lists for different platform
* Assure all the optimizing for advertising campaigns are leading to conversions and meeting the KPIs
* Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion
* Apply Automation and best practices for dynamic advertising tactics
* Apply A/B testing and advertising experiments to reach the maximum potential growth
* Manage the advertising budget and invoices from suppliers
* Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports on the Digital advertising performance reports and dashboards

Requirements

What you'll need to succeed in this role
* A clear understanding of online consumer behaviour in the GCC
* 5+ years' experience in a digital role within an eCommerce environment.
* Demonstrate the ability to strategize, execute and project-manage online advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels.
* Strong understanding of consumer marketing concepts with working knowledge of the best practices in digital performance marketing
* Knowledgeable and proactive approach towards budget management and campaign optimization
* Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, automation and integration across Search, Social, Display, Mobile and Video advertising platforms.
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking with solid knowledge of analytics tools and accurate reporting.
* Digital advertising copy writing skills in both languages Arabic and English
* Excellent attention to detail with planning, organization and multi-tasking skills
* A team player who can work independently under pressure
* Experience in advertising A/B Testing
* Deep understanding of measuring online events using pixels and optimize advertising towards conversions
* Experience in using eCommerce data feeds and dynamic advertising tactics Tools Experience:

* SnapChat Ads Manager
* Criteo advertising platform
* Google Analytics
* Adjust (or equivalent)
* Google data studio
