Job description / Role
We have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Engineer who has delivered factory projects in the UAE. FDC Interiors is building a 24,000 sqm production facility in Dubai Technopark and requires an experienced Engineer to act as Client Representative.
As Senior Engineer, the successful candidate will join immediately to assist in the final handover stages of the project, for a period of 3 to 6 months. There is an opportunity for this role to continue full-time. You will be responsible to coordinate with the FDC Interiors CEO, to keep him advises on progress on site. You will manage both the Consultant and Contractor to ensure key milestones are meet and delivered.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Architecture / Structural / Civil / Mechanical Engineering
- More than 10 years of post qualification experience
- Experience working with Contractor / Consultant
- Delivered more than 3 factories
- Available to start immediately
