Taylor Sterling is searching for an experienced Senior Estimator with experience in Landscaping projects. Our client specialises in hospitality, residential and commercial projects and is responsible for surrounding iconic views across the UAE.
• Provide timely and accurate material take offs
• Interpret blueprints and specifications
• Use of bidding software
• Produce accurate estimates in a on time and efficiently
• Promote the highest level of professionalism and ethics
• Establishing and setting priorities according to your workload
• Working on multiple projects
• Manage the tender preparation
• Preparation of Proposals
Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in UAE
• Must have previous experience with a Landscaping Company
• Fluent in English, written and verbal
• Bachelor Degree in relevant field
• Knowledge of Bidding systems
