Senior Estimator (CCS Candy Experience)

Job description / Role

Below is a general description of the responsibilities of the role which later will be furnished in the later stages of the interview process:

• Acquire an understanding of the requirements of the project/program at hand
• Select metrics to produce valid estimates
• Visit sites, warehouses and other venues to gather essential information
• Review documents or consult experts to collect all necessary data
• Analyze data and produce forecasts
• Perform risk analysis
• Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to appropriate parties
• Select advantageous deals by evaluating offers and quotes
• Foster relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, architects etc.)

Requirements

• Candidate must have at least 10 years of experience working on multimillion Roads and Infrastructure projects here in the UAE.
• Candidate must have experience working for Tendering/Estimation Departments
• Candidate must at least have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related.
• Must be proficient with CCS Candy and other Tender/Estimating related software.
