Job description / Role
Overall:
- Commercial negotiations of Supply Chain Finance (Operations/Projects/Ad-hoc) - Lead negotiations with suppliers, distributors, lenders, & other stakeholders to establish financial terms & conditions.
- Financial support / input for all contract finalization and alignment with senior management
- Contractual and commercial governance for all concluded negotiations.
- Identify & implement process improvements wherever possible.
- Management of contractual commitments - Bank Guarantees, receivables, payables.
- Monthly reporting and governance of supply chain costs
- Monthly variance analysis, Concept Connect, Cost benchmarking,
- Identify actionable insights basis the analysis, keep track of it and ensure timely closure of open points.
- Partner with the operations teams to drive cost optimization projects to bring efficiency.
- Always looking for better ways of working within direct and indirect responsibility areas
Requirements
Skills Required:
- Should have strong commercial acumen and business understanding
- Exposure and conceptual understanding of contract law and pricing
- Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working with a multinational or complex business structure
- Strong Collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team orientated, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background and experience of Financial and business analysis
- Feasibility studies - Financial viability and commercial aspects
- Relevant managerial courses
- Ability to identify issues and areas for improvement through analysis
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (2021, 2022 batch)
- Bachelor in Commerce
- 2 to 3 years work in Business Finance
