Senior Executive - Market Researcher

Job description / Role

As a Senior Executive - Market Researcher, you will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams. Your role is to provide market, sales, and marketing analysis to help the sales team achieve their targets. This involves collecting data, visiting markets in the region, and understanding consumer purchasing behavior.

Responsibilities:

* Collect, update and analyse watch market even visiting markets in responsible countries.
* Analyse and develop a 4P (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) strategy, taking into account the company direction, competitors' activities and market environment.
* With the support from manager, select suitable products for responsible countries.
* Semi-annual sharing of product strategy and new product information with the sales and marketing teams. Information is also updated and shared at monthly meetings.
* Appropriate import procedures for new product samples, communicating with the supply chain team, headquarter and other related divisions.
* Create a product range (BEST SKU) based on an analysis of market and channel characteristics.
* Support setting commercial conditions under the support of manager.
* Setting and managing the progress of each KPI with manager.
* Take countermeasure and lead execution with Sales and marketing to achieve half-yearly sales targets and operating profit under the support of managers
* Make monthly report about PSI progress including the insight as yourself based on the data from PSI data.

Requirements

* Experience in product marketing in both B2C and B2B industries.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Degree in Business or Marketing.
* Adherence to organizational culture.

* Organizational skills to achieve goals on time.
* Teamwork and collaboration across all areas.
