Job description / Role
Reporting to: Head - Sales Administration
Main responsibilities:
- Handling all Mortgage requirements of the buyers.
- Liaising with banks for mortgage
- Handling and managing Mortgage documents
- Liaising with DLD on registering mortgage units & clearing them
- Liaising with in-house legal team to get all required documents validated and checked for bank/buyers.
- Maintaining database of the clients and following up with all parties until the process is completed
Desired start date: ASAP
Probation: 6 months

Requirements
Mortgage experience in properties with banks or developers is a must;
Excellent verbal and written English skills, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage;
Knowledge in Microsoft office: Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM- etc.
