Position Title: Senior F&B Recruiter
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
An F&B group based in Dubai

Job Description:
• Identify and recruit talents from job ads posting, assessment, phone screening and interview coordination
• Assess candidates and manage candidate relationships
• Collaborate with HR managers and promote diversity and inclusion
• Facilitate onboarding and integration of new hires
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and continuously improve recruitment process

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arab nationals
• 35 years old and below
• Must have at least 3 years of F&B recruitment experience in UAE
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
