Job description / Role
We are working with a leading Real Estate Developer to appoint a Senior Finance Manager based in their Dubai headquarters.
The role will be responsible for leading operational accounting and finance activities across the whole business, including the portfolio of existing assets and new development projects.ua
Requirements
NOTE: Candidates MUST have experience gained at both a major Real Estate developer AND a Big 4 Accounting firm. We are unable to consider candidates who do not meet these requirements.
In addition:
- 10 years industry experience with at least 5 spent in the Middle East
- Experience managing a Finance team
- Deep knowledge of Real Estate finance and accounting best practice
- ACCA membership
- Degree educated in Accounting/Finance
