Our client, an educational institution in Sharjah, is looking to grow their commercial finance team and hire an experienced Senior Finance Analyst.

Our client is well-renowned and established educational institution with over 12 colleges under them and a large, centralised finance and accounting team. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to expand their commercial finance operations in Sharjah.
Description
Reporting directly to the Finance Director for FP&A, this Senior Finance Analyst role will be responsible to;
* Manage the planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting of all key aspects of the business. Build realistic and fully-explainable budgets and forecasts.
* Provide critical financial analysis, oversight and partnership with stakeholders across the company to assist in driving business decisions through fact?based, financial data and analytics
* Conduct in depth financial models, focusing on revenue and costing specifically.
* Ensure that the monthly and quarterly reporting is timely, relevant, value adding and accurate.

Requirements
The successful candidate for this Senior Finance Analyst role will have a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and ideally a professional accounting qualification. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of commercial FP&A experience, specifically within financial modelling and creating efficient revenue and costing models. The ideal candidate for this role will also have a dynamic personality and strong communication/interpersonal skills to be able to effectively business partner and support the team.
