Position Title: Sr. HR Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus yearly flight, bonus, and bus transportation

About the Client:

Job Description:
• Responsible to provide guidance, support and recommendations to the HR department, stores and internal employees with regards to employee relations matters
• Verification and Submission of monthly report such as:
• Verification and approval of attendance discrepancies in Oracle.
• Preparation and issuance of monthly attendance memo
• Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
• Monitor Yearly Absences, Monthly Attendance (Absences, Late Coming, Early Going & Incomplete Punching) Sick Leave, Holiday offset, overtime
• Follow up evaluation and send notice for staff movement
• Responsible in coordination and documentation of staff movement such as Branch Transfer, Change Designation, Promotion & Demotion
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 36 years old and below
• Must have a degree in HR Management, Psychology, PR, Business Administration or similar field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role from a retail company; UAE market experience is preferred
• Full cycle recruitment is a must
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
