Senior Interior Designer

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with a multinational design consultancy who is looking to hire a Senior Interior Designer to join their growing team in Dubai.

As the Senior Interior Designer, you will expect to hit the ground running and work under minimum supervision. You will coordinate with the sales team on space planning, concept development and subsequent selection of furniture. In addition, you will prepare all presentation materials and projects finish specification sheets as well as review all specifications against plans/ BOQs and CGI.

You will also interact closely with suppliers, key customers and prospects. In addition, you will manage the whole concept process and lead the design as well as supervise tight programmes and budgets, meeting deadlines effectively.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have more than 5 years UAE experience within luxury residential sector and hold a bachelor’s Degree of Interior Design or interior Architecture. You must have extensive knowledge of using AutoCAD, Adobe creative suite. You will need to have a passion for FF&E with a vast knowledge of suppliers, product and specialist finishes.
