Senior Interior Designer

Job description / Role

- Present design concepts to clients in order to gain approval of preliminary plans.
- Review Interior Fit Out documents to ensure that specifications meet design requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Engineer and sub-contractors to ensure that the project execution meets design specifications.
- Create conceptual sketches, renderings, and other illustrations to communicate design concepts to clients.
- Manage design process from start to finish by overseeing sub-contractors, scheduling meetings with clients and other team members

Requirements

- 45 years old and below
- BS Degree in Interior Design or similar field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience from interior fitout industry
- Expertise in layout, colour, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs
- Must have an excellent portfolio from previous works
