Position Title: Senior Interior Designer

About the Client:
A leading architectural design company based in Dubai, recognized for creating high-end luxury villa development.

Job Description:
• Search for and bid on new projects, determine the client’s project requirements, and accompany clients to showrooms and construction sites.
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs to align with the client’s budget.
• Prepare final drawings and 3D renderings, ensuring to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Specify materials and furnishings, including lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quality recommendations for resolution.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 27 to 45 years old
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a similar field
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in designing high-end luxury villas
• Must be an expert in REVIT and BIM
• Proficient in CAD, SketchUp, 3D Modelling, or other design programs
• Excellent portfolio of previous work
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
