Job description / Role
My client is an International Design Consultancy working on a wide range of projects within Hospitality, Residential and other developments globally and keen to add to their growing business.
Due to securing several projects and as part of their strategy, we are urgently looking for a Senior Interior Designer in Dubai.
The candidate will be based in their Dubai office working on projects globally. There are progression and development opportunities available with the firm. Preferably, we are looking for candidates who can take on a more managerial position.
Due to the nature of the requirement, we are looking for candidates based in UAE and preferably Immediately available.
Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):
• Creating and presenting interior design concepts as per client requirements
• Creating staffing requirements and schedules to complete projects
• Using software to design, sketch, and provide presentations and drawings of proposed projects
• Working with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria
• Understanding project schedules
• Developing documentation
Salary:
AED
24,000 to 32,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Must have a minimum of 7 years of related experience within design (Arch/ID)
• Must be familiar with International and Local building codes
• Proficient in English
• Proficiency with REVIT, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, BIM 360
• Good demonstrable portfolio
