Job description / Role
Our Client Luxury Interior Architectural Design Consultancy has two Interior Designer roles available – one Senior and the other Intermediate level.
The key function of these roles is to plan, design, and furnish interiors of large scale, luxury projects, including hotels, casinos, restaurants and private residences. You will formulate designs which are practical, aesthetic, and conducive for client purposes.
Reporting to the Design Director and overseeing the work of project teams, you will be heavily involved at each stage to ensure design integrity and will be the primary point of contact. You will liaise with the client on interior design factors such as zoning, space and area planning, functionality, theme, layouts and FF & E. Provide design team guidance from concept through schematic design and maintain continuity of design through design development, construction documents and construction administration.
Requirements
The successful candidates will have strong organisational, communication and leadership skills. A Bachelor\'s Degree (four-year college or technical school) in Architecture and or Interior Design is essential and 8 plus years of experience in high-end hospitality interior design is preferred. Experience with Auto-CAD required.
