Senior Lawyer

Job description / Role

This is a corporate transactions/family office lawyer position for someone who is sophisticated, international, flexible, with integrity/good moral character and willing to work for Russian clients (top-100 of the Russian Forbes list).

Types of projects:
- Analysis of international corporate assets structures for compliance risks;
- Managing and instructing external counsel;
- Managing UK/EU litigation processes;
- Post-transactional risk analysis;
- Legal assistance with receivables collection;
- Corporate asset restructuring;
- Personal assets restructuring;
- Legal assistance in trust management;
- Legal assistance with KYC/compliance checks at banks/asset management companies.

Requirements

- 5-8 years PQE;
- Major ILFs or international family offices/international companies;
- Good experience in cross-border M&A/international finance/private wealth matters;
- Fluent English;
- Ability to manage stress, good communication skills;
- Readiness to move and live in Dubai.
