Senior level Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer - Abu Dhabi - US International Law Firm

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior level Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer to join our prestigious US International Law Firm in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex construction and infrastructure projects in the UAE, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance on construction and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- Draft and review construction contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate and resolve disputes related to construction and infrastructure projects.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in construction and infrastructure laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and project success.
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations related to construction and infrastructure projects.

Salary:
AED 65,000 to 80,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Master's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Formally admitted in a recognized Common law jurisdiction
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Construction & Infrastructure Lawyer in a reputable law firm or legal department.
- Proven track record of successfully handling complex construction and infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE construction and infrastructure laws and regulations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
