Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement

Job description / Role

As the Senior Manager, you will support the leadership team to foster and drive a culture of continuous improvement across the group to ensure efficiency, limit waste, streamline processes all with the aim of improving business performance

Description

* Embed continuous improvement tools & techniques within departments ensuring alignment with organisational policies, processes and procedures
* Lead the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) program, including planning training sessions and facilitating project identification across the group
* Manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program by identifying opportunities, assessing feasibility, overseeing procurement tasks and monitoring benefit realisation
* Lead process documentation efforts, ensuring standardisation across the business
* Partner with departments at all levels to address process challenges collaboratively
* Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate program performance updates regularly

Requirements

* A bachelors degree in a relevant field, alongside a LSS Master Black Belt certification with a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
* Over 12 years minimum experience driving continuous improvement projects and implementing transformative technologies
* Experience managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation platforms. Proficiency in statistical applications for data interpretation a significant plus
* Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
* Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and change management skills
