We have an exiting opportunity for an experienced professional with our Corporate Governance department, based out of Head Office Abu Dhabi; the role of Senior Manager Corporate Business Performance would support the Senior Director in ensuring the timely monitoring, review and reporting of Corporate and Functional/Departmental performance against KPIs and scorecards and alignment of drilled down KPI's to Corporate scorecard and business plans.

On a detailed level; this role would involve :

• Oversee the Business Performance team and responsible for its overall operation.
• Coordinate the design of the dashboard of Key Performance Indicators measuring performance of the company and relate them to individual positions on various organizational levels.
• Lead the identification of relevant data sources and enable regular data extracts to support the KPI reporting.
• Facilitate the process of target setting and assist in negotiating the relationship between the degree of meeting the targets and individual rewards.
• Analyze and prioritize for management, the different performance issues.
• Monitor and analyzes KPI results and help propose corrective actions for areas lagging behind targets.
• Orchestrate regular business performance review meetings of top management.
• Input to the strategy development process in order to ensure smooth implementation of future strategies.
• Set KPI weights criteria and frameworks.
• Ensure timely reporting to Board of Directors of business performance.

Requirements

Years & Field of Experience required:

• Ideally you would be a graduate with in Engineering / Business or related field.
• MBA graduates will be given an added advantage.
• Bilingual (Arabic/English )
• With proven track record of 5-6 years of experience practicing Business Performance, Strategy Implementation and displayed industry acumen.
