Job description / Role
You will work with Executive leadership to oversee a variety of strategic initiatives focused on growing and developing an already very successful organisation.

Description
* Lead in formulating the group strategy and future expansion plans (vision and implementation plans)
* Prepare feasibility studies for all projects and collate and coordinate all elements/resource of projects in the project planning phase
* In line with the directives, coordinate with CEO/CFO to improve the prioritisation of projects and resources
* Work with various Business Units to plan, shape and deliver multiple strategic projects in the domain
* Work on insightful reports on key trends, market analysis and domain landscape in the region / across the globe
* Investment analysis and financial structuring on current and proposed businesses
* Conduct detailed review, due diligence and critical analysis of external parties for Investments purposes
* Lead the business development efforts across key geographies in the MENA region
* Develop business relationships in the sector with an aim to enlarge the revenue proportion
* Identify partners and review local standards and viable options for investment
* Create Valuation models for sound and informed decision making (as potential for investment)

Requirements
* Professional experience in strategy consulting with TMT domain experience strongly preferred
* MBA or a degree in Business from a well reputed university
* Experience in operational due diligence, post-merger integration and dealing with private equity funds in the mergers and acquisitions space
* Background in financial and business modelling
* Effective presentations skills are important for this role
* Highly numerate and analytic
* Cope with high pressure in a demanding environment
* Ability to present persuasively at a senior level
* Organised and confident to work independently and efficiently under pressure
* Fluency in English and Arabic
* Availability and ability to travel across the region for business purposes.
