Employment: Full Time

We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a Senior Manager - Compensation and Benefits as a part of the HR team to attract, retain, and motivate a highly skilled workforce by designing, implementing, and administering effective Group compensation and benefits programs across Al Tayer Group's Corporate and Business Units (BUs); establishing a fair and equitable Reward system; and developing effective? compensation and benefits policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Contribute to the development of the strategy for the Reward function, in conjunction with the VP Reward & HR Governance, ensuring alignment to the objectives and strategy of the organization
• Develop group-wide compensation and benefits programs outlining the guidelines for the Group's reward system,? compensation and benefits policies, etc
• Participate, as and when required, in the development of the policies and procedures framework that will allow the function to effectively meet its objectives and targets, in line with overall HR policies and procedures, and the Group's strategy and direction
• Review and report to the VP Reward & HR Governance, the effectiveness of such policies and procedures, to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Provide input on the Function's budget requirements to the VP Reward & HR Governance, and accordingly control expenses of the Reward Function, ensuring it stays within its operating budget
• Liaise with key stakeholders across the organization
• Design and maintain a competitive reward structure capable of attracting and retaining talent while remaining cost effective that is in line with relevant remuneration markets
• Determine the competitive position of ATG's compensation and benefits structure by , analyzing market data, monitoring employee information, identifying leading industry and competitor practices etc and prepare recommendations accordingly
• Contribute to the review and development of variable compensation components to enhance the overall reward structure within ATG in delivering short and medium-to-long term objectives
• Define and oversee the benefit programs and policies across ATG corporate and the BUs, including information gathering, understanding legislative requirements, implementation, periodic evaluation, etc
• Ensure effective implementation and communication of Compensation and Benefits programs in order to drive engagement and performance across ATG corporate and the BUs
• Ensure compliance with GCC labor laws pertaining to the GOSI, Pension, Nationalization and overall Compensation & Benefit issues for Emirati National employees
• Perform Job Evaluations as per the selected methodology and ensure the integrity of the grading structure across ATG corporate and the BUs is maintained
• Conduct periodic review of the grading structure and recommend changes to enhance the same in line with organizational changes and leading practices to ensure that ATG's grading structure remains appropriate
• Lead the annual salary review and bonus allocation process
• Provide leadership and direction to subordinates towards the achievement of goals and objectives
• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles
• Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess subordinates productivity and progress, and identify training needs of team members to improve efficiency and ensure conformity with standard procedures and practices
• Communicate any organizational changes and mitigate risks through effective change management

Requirements

• Graduate or Post Graduate Degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources
• Minimum 8 to 10 years experience, with at least 3 years experience in corporate compensation and benefits
• English, Arabic may be a plus
