Job description / Role
NTS Recruitment are working with a leading global luxury group who are seeking a senior manager- marketing and communications. This role will lead all marketing efforts for the Individual Business Unit of the group, as part of the overall business, marketing and brand strategy. The overall responsibility includes the development and deployment of the Marketing, Digital, Public Relations and Social Media strategy and its associated activations in accordance with company and brand specific guidelines, processes and policies, with the aim to maximise share of voice, performance across all IBU Marketing metrics, as well as customer acquisition, engagement, retention and IBU awareness.
This position will report to the General Manager of the IBU and will be involved in strategy and operational business plans, change management, continuous improvement and budgeting/planning. You will also be involved in systems & processes, public relations and digital.
To be considered, you will have approximately 4 years of post-graduate experience working within the luxury sector, either within the retail, FMCG or hospitality sectors with knowledge in Digital, Social Media, Public Relations and management. You will be strong communicator, strategic thinker and have a proven record managing integrated Marketing activations.
It is essential you have strong experience in delivering strategic Social Media and hands-on social media tactics and a strong background in content creation and management in Social Media and Public Relations. You will also have the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis.
