Senior Manager - Special Airport Systems (Upcoming - Nationals Preferred)

What you'll deliver
- You will be responsible for ensuring quality of service by analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, identifying trends and recommending system improvements.
- You'll deliver financial objectives by preparing a section annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- You'll manage staff efficiency and effectiveness by coaching and counselling employees.
- You'll create and deliver key objectives, goals and strategies, encouraging continuous improvement processes and practices.
Requirements
What you bring
- You'll be educated to a Degree level in Engineering or similar field, with additional qualifications in the area of responsibility.
- You should have at least 8 years' experience in Engineering and maintenance, five years of which is in leading teams for maintenance and projects.
- Knowledge of Maximo CMMS or other similar systems and computer applications is an advantage.
- A thorough understanding of engineering maintenance best practices and experience in building maintenance systems/processes is required.
