Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role shall be within the Corporate Performance department of a Government organization in Abu Dhabi. The individual shall participate in the drafting of policies and support work to achieve the organization's overall objectives.

Responsibilities shall include:
- Assist in the creation, adoption and implementation of best practice policies in Corporate Governance
- Help unify, streamline and integrate the organization’s internal rules, policies and procedures
- Review draft policies and discuss with the process owners to assist in the finalization
- Contribute to the set up and review of internal governance structures
- Develop responses to support the continuous improvement of the Policy Team's operations including systems, processes and methods

Requirements

- A degree in Business or engineering
- A minimum of 5 + in developing governance structures and documentation, preferable in management consulting firms
- Strong knowledge and experience in policy research and development, internal policies and procedures and governance policy
