Senior Offshore Pipeline Design Engineer

Senior Offshore Pipeline Engineer shall:
• Lead the Sealine Engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow.
• Planning, coordination and control of Sealine Engineering activities (i.e. calculation analyses, reporting and detail drawings)
• Overview the management of interfaces with other disciplines and with construction/installation activities
• Overview requisitioning and technical bid evaluations
• Advise on Sub-contractors qualifications.

Requirements

Senior Offshore Pipeline Design Engineer shall be experienced with following activities / drawings:
• Pipeline Wall thickness sizing,
• Pipeline/Cable On-bottom Stability
• Pipeline Expansion Analysis
• Pipeline Expansion Loop and Riser Stress Analysis
• Pipeline/Cable Fatigue Analysis
• Riser VIV Analysis
• Pipeline/Cable On-bottom Roughness
• Pipeline/Cable Crossing Design
• Pipeline Walking Analysis
• Pipeline In-service Buckling Analysis
• Pipeline Dropped Object and Fishing Interaction Analysis.
• Preparation of Material-Take-Off
• Minimum 10 years experience in Offshore Pipeline Engineering Design. Master’s degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Mandatory software:
• Microsoft Office Suit, DNV Software Suite (Wall thickness sizing, Stable lines, PILS, Fatfree), AutoPipe, MathCad, AutoCad, Microstation.
