Job description / Role
• Supervise and organize orders of raw materials and equipment shipments
• Seat with regional Special Ops Manager to take minutes of meeting and plan accordingly for implementations and target of Ops team
• Help resolve emergent issues for expedited deliveries to the customers especially to the Arabic clientele community
• Oversee bookings and invoices from the Accounts team – both incoming and outgoing to be able to do reports as tasked
Requirements
• 40 years old and below
• Must have at least 5 years work experience in the same role preferably from a Logistics industry
• Good knowledge about Dubai Custom System and regulations
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
