Job description / Role
- Post documents via DHL to clients or shipping agents and put information on the C110 and the Warehouse Bond Schedules
- Update the Customs Tariff every month as well as monitor the RTA and customs regulations, record new changes and inform all relative parties
- Ensure that all aspects of company shipping & customs-related documentation are generated correctly
- Advice and guide the Operations Assistants and Transport Vehicle Drivers
- Follow shipping methods for materials using the operations procedures; Resolve emergent issues for expedited deliveries to the customer
- Coordinate import/export of goods by scheduling containers to meet shipping demands
Requirements
- Open to Filipino, Indian and Nepali nationals
- 40 years old and below
- Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same role
- Good knowledge about Dubai Custom System and regulations
- Immediate joiners will be prioritize
