Senior PR Executive

Are you a PR professional looking for an interesting new challenge in the beauty industry?

We are currently recruiting a Senior PR Executive with 4 - 6 years of experience in the Cosmetics industry to work for leading French brand NARS.

The Senior PR Executive is assisting the Department Manager for Marketing to execute the PR strategy for the brand to meet the business objectives. In close daily cooperation with the brand, retail marketing, digital marketing, stylists and buying teams the PR Executive is optimizing all content to maximize PR coverage through strategic planning for the launch of the new collections and the 360 main marketing campaigns ensuring excellence of PR performance.

Main responsibilities:
- PR strategies and Management
- Planning, development, and execution of successful PR strategies and PR campaigns
- Dialogue and relationships with key press and brand ambassadors
- Building strong relationships with key influential bloggers and online portals
- Building best practice database of media coverage
- Building generic press release stories to sell in to key target media channels
- Adaptation as well as Arabic translation of press kits and ensure they are up to brand standards and dispatched timely
- Press visits to the store
- Awards submissions and speaking opportunities, locally, regionally and worldwide
- PR budget in regards to creating Marketing Fact Sheets
- Monthly PR reports
- Researching and coordinating brand stories to push the various collections, events and activities in store
- Research media opportunities local, regional and globally
- Additional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role

Requirements

Education
- Degree in Marketing
- At least 4 years in a PR role in the beauty industry
- Regional experience, ideally based in Dubai

Linguistic Skills
- Excellent English and Arabic is required, French is a plus
