Job description / Role
Job Description:
• To manage end-to-end procurement related to ITD, Act as Buyer for IT category.
• Receives RFQs/RFPs from IT requester, solicits proposals from vendors, vendor communication and negotiation
• Attending meeting with senior stakeholder and vendors
• Prepare procurement plan with end users
• Negotiate contracts terms & condition with vendors
• PO creation and issuance to vendors for execution and delivery.
• Coordinator between IT and VMCP for vendor registration, vendor account updation, etc.
• Ensures to maintain proper and intact vendor communication at all times.
• Lead contract drafting, review and execution with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains and monitors Contract Database.
• Ensures proper archiving of procurement file.
• Provide assistance to all internal customers (other categories managed by VMCP), perform other tasks as required (attend meetings, attend calls, prepare reports etc.)
• IT procurement or IT by profession
• Banking experience is preferred
Requirements
Nationality: Any
Salary range: 15k to 20k based on experience
Education: Bachelor Degree and related procurement certificate
Language: Arabic & English
Experience/Background: 8+ Years with min. of 2 years IT procurement
Gender: M/F
