Senior Production Engineer - Oil and Gas

Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based oil and gas operator we are looking to recruit a Senior Production Engineer - Oil and Gas. Reporting to the Production Engineer Team Lead you will be responsible for contributing to the preparation and execution of strategies to maximise oil production and minimize oil losses in cost effective manner. Identify and troubleshoot well performance by constant surveillance of oil producers, water injectors and gas injector wells and be familiar with production surveillance tools ( I-DO, SCADA, WellFlo, IPM, PETEX, OFM and Excel)

Requirements

The successful candidate must be degree educated in engineering, have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in Production Engineering, Production Technology and Artificial Lift Systems with oil and gas operating companies preferably on offshore fields, have hands on experience of well testing, well intervention, production logging, production enhancement techniques and artificial lift technologies including Gas Lift and ESP.
