Senior Project Manager

Job description / Role

Randstad is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a real estate development firm in Dubai, UAE. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple large-scale high-rise construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in project management, leading teams on large-scale high-rise projects in the Middle East.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project objectives are met.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may impact timelines or budgets.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to assess work quality, progress, and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and key stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices to optimize project delivery processes and outcomes.

Salary:
AED 45,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a successful track record of delivering high-rise towers
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
- Sound understanding of project management software, MS Office suite, and construction-related tools and technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building codes in the UAE-Dubai region is highly desirable.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to project management.
