Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a government energy entity based in Dubai who is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join the business.
You main responsibilities will be to support program owners in developing and revising their annual operational plans based on the DSM Strategy. You will report and measure the performance of the DSM programs and validate data provided or collected by the program owners. You will also support the program owners in articulating mitigation measures and translating them into operational plans. In addition, you will develop 5, 10 and 15 year forecasts of DSM savings and outlook in close collaboration with the program owners.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a Degree in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 10 years' consultancy experience along with industry experience in energy efficiency. You should have a minimum of 5 years' in a senior strategic role dealing with multicultural clients and government entities, preferably in Dubai or within another Emirate. Our client have stated a preference for a Bilingual Arabic and English speaking candidate.
