Job description / Role
A Senior Project Manager is required to execute large scale high end fit-out projects in the UAE.
Duties include:
* Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
* Preparing and completing action plans
* Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
* Resolving problems completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change
* Meeting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
* Participating in professional organizations
Requirements
* BSC of Architectural / Construction engineering
* Experience delivering large scale high end interior fit-out projects in the UAE
* 15 + years experience in management position within interior fit-out / construction
* Native English speaker
* Excellent communication, client interface and managerial skills
