We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Property Advisor to join our real estate team in Dubai, UAE.

As a Senior Property Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, managing property portfolios, and driving business growth through strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on property sales and leasing transactions.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of properties, including conducting market research, property valuations, and developing marketing strategies.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospective buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
- Stay updated with market trends, property regulations, and legal requirements to provide accurate and reliable information to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and other industry professionals to facilitate business opportunities and networking.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire property transaction process, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Property Advisor or similar role within the real estate industry, with a strong track record of successful property sales and leasing transactions.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and the UAE, including property laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong network of contacts within the real estate industry, including property developers, landlords, and potential buyers or tenants.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives.
- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
