Asteco Haxxon is seeking experienced agents to join its office in Business Bay. We focus on winning in the marketplace and being an industry leader. We operate in a relaxed atmosphere of excellence, integrity, continuous self-improvement and growth, respect and celebration of diversity.

THE PACKAGE (Depending on Merit):
- An excellent commission structure: 50% to 70%
- 75% GUARANTEED COMMISSION IN FIRST MONTH OF JOINING (NO TARGETS)
- A commission advance facility/scheme (loan from company)

Requirements

We require candidates with strong drive, tenacity and ability to generate new business. Be team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills. Able to effectively use the CRM system. Have strong professional presence, confidence, and demonstrated ability to present to and close.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE must have:
- An active RERA Broker ID or a Broker Certificate
- At least 1 year Dubai real estate experience
- Own car and UAE driver’s license
- MS office and CRM/Computer skills
