What you do

The role of the Senior Proposition Executive represents an exciting opportunity to join our growing Proposition Management team. Taking a leading role in the development of winning products and managing our extensive portfolio of existing products, to meet Allianz Partners' growing business. The Senior Proposition Executive will work across multi-disciplinary teams to manage all aspects of the product development and product lifecycle management.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Supporting the development of our product portfolio by assessing markets to identify opportunities for our business and target segments.
- Defining value for the customer segment, design holistic solutions and developing and implementing propositions
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of our competitors and their product offerings
- Coordinating product registrations to meet compliance requirements in new and existing markets
- Fully understand the technical details of our product range, our policy terms, enrolment procedures, claims process, etc., as well as those of our business partners
- Acting as subject matter expert on product and propositions in cross-functional projects including how products are supported by internal systems
- Developing clear and compliant product literature for new propositions, in conjunction with the Go-to-market function
- Co-ordinate annual product reviews for the existing product portfolio.
- Ensuring existing products are fit for purpose and continue to meet client needs
- Provide inputs to press launches and market communications, as well as product training, when required

Requirements

What you bring

- To be successful in this position you will need to have the following skills/ experience:
- Hold a third level business degree or appropriate professional qualification
- At least 5 years' experience within Financial Services and 3 of those in a product related role
- Experience of the Health or General insurance sectors would be of particular advantage
- Must have demonstrated success in defining, launching and managing products
- Working knowledge of a second language would be advantageous
