Position Title: Senior Purchase Officer
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 15K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualification
Job Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
One of the leading perfume companies in UAE

Job Description:
• Handle company's procurement activities which include developing purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms such as price, MOQ and lead time.
• Determine quantity and timing of deliveries in line with demand as to avoid overstocking and understocking situation
• Liaise with internal departments such as R&D, Production, Stores & Finance

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Indians or Pakitani nationals
• Male, 42years old and below
• Should have a Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
• Should have at least 5 years’ experience preferably in perfume and cosmetics manufacturing industry
• Should be knowledgeable with SAP S4HANA and Microsoft excel
• Immediately available candidates will be prioritize
