Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Michael Page is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor in Dubai. This role will be responsible for full commercial/contractual scope for all construction packages (Structures, MEP, Infrastructure, and Interiors). The ideal candidate will have major contractor background and experience with luxury villas or palaces.

Responsibilities:
• Preparing total cost of estimation for construction.
• Prepare the Bill of Quantities and submit the tender on time.
• Review of contracts and subcontract agreements.
• Meeting with Designers, Project Management team for the project discussion.
• Prepare & submit monthly progress bills.
• Preparing variations for the ongoing projects.
• Provide Bill of Materials for procurement.
• Preparation of variation log, payment application log, and sub-contractor payment log.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Being able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and Coordination skills.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Minimum 10 years experience.
