Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:
- Conduct cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost planning for design projects
- Ensure variations are identified from the ongoing projects and submitted for approvals
- Review of contract documents/ LOI/LOA/Subcontract agreement
- Manage project budgets and monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle
- Send variation notification to client for any possible variations arising from drawings, RFI, SI

Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Fulltime
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A well-known aluminum and glazing fabrication company in the UAE

Qualifications:
- Must have bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or related field.
- 40 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor in the aluminum and façade industry is an advantage
