Our client, who is one of the leading consultancies in the GCC region, requires a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Contracts Manager to join them on a permanent basis working on the interior of the Presidential Palace in Abu Dhabi.

A successful candidate will be supervising a team on site, client facing. Who wouldn't want to work on the most prestigious government building in the GCC?

Duties:

Prepare evaluations, cost projections to meet requirements of works in progress.
Inspect site for information of monthly valuation, which includes recommendation on interim payments, statement of claims from contractor, anticipated claims from contractor and assessment of costs of works and CTC reports.
Submitting invoices, escalations and claims for ongoing projects, sorting out pending and disputed payments.
Bill of Quantities and materials takeoff in-house designed projects, leading the team of Contract Management and Quantity Surveying Section.

Requirements

Requirements:

Degree qualified
MUST BE IN THE UAE NOW!!
Relevant experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
Extensive fit-out experience
Consultancy background
