• Experienced in Selling OFFPLAN & Secondary Market Real estate units.
• Must be aware of Market strategies and mandatory paper work.
• Establish and foster strong working relationship with Sales Team and clients.
• Ensure that company standards, protocols and procedures are well implemented to the Sales Consultants.
• Should possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills and has ability to work under pressure and solve problems independently.
• Excellent English-speaking communication and negotiation skills.
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries in a good and timely manner
• Holds UAE Driving license and own car
• Demonstrate strong negotiation skills
• Commit to achieving sales targets
• 2 - 4 years of Real Estate Sales experience is a MUST
