Job description / Role
Charterhouse are working exclusively with a leading international organisation to assist in their search of a Senior Recruiter for their growing business. This role will be heavily focused on Recruitment and Onboarding and requires someone who is passionate about ensuring they hire the absolute best people for the team.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working primarily within inhouse recruitment and on-boarding. You will be able to execute excellent onboarding processes, ensuring you keep engaged with the applicants through-out their pre-joining process to ensure a seamless transition into their role.
In this role you will be part of a larger HR team reporting directly contact to the Head of HR. This role would suit someone that loves HR and enjoys being in a very fun, fast paced environment.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should have further education within Business Studies/HR or a similar field with 3-5 years’ experience working in HR. You should have excellent computer skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law would be extremely beneficial as well as an HR qualification.
Outstanding English and Spanish written and verbal language skills are a must for this role.
