PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES

SAP MENA is looking for a Senior HR Recruitment Consultant to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Dubai for a temporary (6 months) contract.

The primary purpose of this role is to lead the end to end recruitment process for open positions in the Middle East and North Africa region, as well as provide support to the wider EMEA region upon business requirement.

You will be a part of the wider EMEA Talent Acquisition organization, the scope of the role covers end-to-end recruiting processes from headcount approval to offer negotiation. This would include defining profile requirements together with local and remote hiring managers, managing direct sourcing activities, screening, interviewing and supporting candidate assessments and selection with finally managing complex offer negotiations. The Client Facing Recruiter has full accountability of the hiring process and must fill vacancies against time, quality and service demands.

Requirements

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

- University degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Psychology
- Technology Recruiting Background
- Project Management Experience
- Ability to Manage Complex & Demanding Recruiting Activities across the Middle East & Africa
- Proactive and Customer focused
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills
- Ability to Interact with People from a Variety of Seniority, Cultures and Business Disciplines
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
- Critical Thinker and Problem Solving

WORK EXPERIENCE

- Minimum of 5 years of relevant end to end Recruitment experience, preferably in the high-tech industry
- Experience in Conducting Behavioral Interviews
- In depth Knowledge on Recruitment Sourcing and Attraction (passive and active candidate channels)
- Proven ability to utilize Internet search techniques [ex: Boolean, x-ray, flip] across multiple search engine platforms.

- Proven ability to leverage Social Networking tools and sites [Ex: Xing, LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, Facebook] to identify and engage passive candidates.
