• Source candidates
• Identity the JD for each position
• Filter candidates
• Attract new clients

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Requirements

The Candidate must:

• Have UAE experience
• Have recruitment experience
• Have communicated with clients before
• Have Oil and Gas Recruitment experience
• Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Familiar with HR and recruiting databases
• Be available for interview in UAE
• Be fluent in English
• Be excellent in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc)
