Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- To provide end to end recruitment service.
- Responsible in recruiting for a variety of support roles, providing professional advice on preparation of job descriptions, interviewing and selection, liaising with agencies, production of offer letters, act as first point of contact for any queries and schedule induction and arrange training for new joiners.
- To provide on the administration side statistics and reports, create advertisements, and process invoices.

- Referrals / Reference Checks
- Ensure high quality procedures are in place, which are in line with and company policy governing recruitment and selection;
- Build on existing systems to create HR tools including job descriptions, competency profiles and appointment letters to improve efficiency and develop uniformity across the organization;
- Develop and implement contemporary recruitment methods to attract top quality candidates appropriate to the position and company needs;
- Ensure that the Employment Process is conducted efficiently within the set cost guidelines and that eligible candidates are short listed for selection as planned;
- Identification of a required staff profile and formulation of the vacancy notice;
- Giving advice on the soft skills of candidates in the drafting of recommendations;
- Verifying personal history form information; and promotion and contract extension;
- Ability to conduct independent research and analysis, formulating options and making recommendations;
- Proven conceptual, analytical and evaluative skills, and the Excellent time-management skills; effective organizing skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by the ability to lead and gain the assistance/cooperation of others, as well as the ability to work effectively with people of different national and cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and respect for diversity;
- Ability to plan and prioritize own work programme under tight deadlines, as well as to work on own initiative and as a member of a team. Objectivity and the ability to apply HR rules and regulations in a fair and consistent manner.
- Decide together with HR, on the appropriate sourcing media to use for Sourcing i.e. recruitment agencies, employment ad, executive search, existing CV's, referrals, word of mouth, depending on the nature of vacancy.
- Interview and recommend the appointment of appropriate consultants and negotiate competitive terms;
- Provide statistical analysis about the Recruitment Agencies performance i.e. the number of vacancies closed, the period taken by each one and the recruitment cost generated;
- Contribute with HR in the Selection of Executive Search Consultants for the Chairman / CEO's approval
- Receive and review with HR all ad releases;
- Deal with the approved Advertising Agencies and coordinate with the HR for the details i.e. release frequency and dates.
- Conduct interviews following the "Competency Based Targeted Selection" (CBTS);
- Ensures to document the interviewing comments of all short listed applicants and copy HR and the Line Management concerned;
- None of the short listed candidates will be sent for the Selection Interview without the interviewing comments attached;
- Outreach to suitable candidates;
- Pre-screening of application, interviewing candidates and assessment of required skills using customized assessment
- Receive upfront all referrals as well as Resume's or CV's available in the Subsidiary concerned or in a GTI Division, which are considered meeting vacancy specifications at hand;
- Solely responsible for establishing first contacts with the referrals and applicants and discuss the opening available for subsequent screening and short listing; Applications, CV's and Resumes;
- Conducts reference checks for the selected candidate in the line of with the amount communicated in close coordination with the subsidiary Management and HR;
- The HR will prepare the employment documents and secure signatures.
- Require a medical examination in case a doubt is raised about health condition of the successful candidate by using our Company "Pre-Placement Medical Exam" format and our physician recommended by our insurance company for this purpose.

- Ensure that all applicants responding to an opening, complete the Group standard "Applications for Employment” form duly signed together with one page write-up with copies of all the Credentials and Testimonials verifying the following Academic and Technical Educational Level; Professional certifications; Training documentations; Letters of commend etc
